Well, if you are an athlete specially a runner, you can experience this painful phenomena and you can't resist it to happen because upon running so fast like a road runner you will never know what will happen inside your feet.
Believe it or not, not all people know that we have this muscle called ANKLE TENDON, and it was located in our bare foot.
